Chamako Refund Policy

Welcome to Chamako, where your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options and responsibilities.

**Change of Mind Returns**

If you've had a change of heart about your purchase, we completely understand. You can return items in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free from signs of wear like makeup, deodorant stains, perfumes, pet hair, or cigarette smell.

To initiate a return, please use our return portal and include the packing slip for quicker processing. For shipping, you can either purchase a label at your local post office or use our prepaid label for a $10 fee. Opting for a refund as store credit will cover the return shipping cost, ensuring a free return. Just make sure to drop off the package at the post office within 15 days of receipt.

Please note that all returns undergo an inspection, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our standards. Items from our Hidden Gems Sale, Oopsie Sale, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

**Return Exceptions**

Not everything is returnable. Items from our Hidden, Sale, and gift cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items bought during special promotions are returnable, but only for store credit.


Direct exchanges are not available at Chamako. However, you can return an item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures you get exactly what you want without delay. We're here to assist with the return process or with placing your new order.

**Order Issues**

Encountered an issue like a damaged or wrong item? Reach out to us within 72 hours with pictures, and we'll help resolve it with a replacement or a refund, either as a store credit or back to your original payment method.

Please note that color variations due to screen or lighting aren't considered damage.

**Submit a Return Request**

To start a return, click the profile icon in our store's navigation or visit our refund policy or returns page. Then, follow these steps to request a return:

1. **Log in to Your Account:**
- Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
- Open the email from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

2. **Select Your Order:**
- Click on the order you wish to return.

3. **Choose Items to Return:**
- If your order has multiple items, select the ones you want to return.

4. **Select a Return Reason:**
- Choose a reason for the return and add any additional notes for the store.

5. **Request the Return:**
- Click on 'Request return'.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, you will be issued a refund.

**Refund Process**

Refunds are processed within a week of receiving your returned item. We offer refunds to your original payment method or as a store credit (issued as an e-Gift Card).

Please note that shipping fees and handling surcharges are non-refundable.

For items bought during special promotions, refunds are available only as store credit.
